Return & Repair Policy

Because each STUDIO LP piece is handmade with care, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, I want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, and I stand behind the quality of my work. Please review the repair policy below.

Repair Policy

If your keychain arrives damaged due to shipping (which is rare, as each piece is packaged securely in a protective bubble mailer), I am happy to offer a repair.

To qualify for a repair:

  • Photo proof with a visible timestamp must be provided within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be shipped back to me within 7 days after we’ve discussed and approved the repair

Wear & Tear

Each keychain is designed to withstand everyday use. However, please note that handmade pieces are delicate by nature.

Damage caused by rough handling — including snagging, pulling, crushing, or throwing — is not considered a defect.

In cases of damage due to wear and tear:

  • I am still happy to offer a repair service

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways)

  • Any beads or parts still in your possession must be sent back so I can reuse and preserve as much of the original design as possible

  • Missing beads or components will be replaced or substituted to match the original design as closely as possible
